Hey Friends,

This week was all about increasing coding efficiency  and productivity in life, by creating automations and updating tools. It can not be hidden that ChatGPT and widely understood AI is giving enormous value and correctly used, generates huge impact on working flow and productivity.Below will present you the example of 2 simple automations, I have performed and released in my personal flow:

⁃ Shortcuts to add a cost,
You can run it by speaking to phone, “hey siri, add cost” … expense name - “food” … expense cost - “20.0” … expense added. In the meantime chatGPT, assigns the proper label, in this example “food”


⁃ Shortcut to run gpt.
By typing your combination of keys, ChatGPT is automatically opened.Here is the link for Add cost shortcut:

Download shortcut from above link (only on apple devices) Remember to add settings, notion API key, openAI API key.

Fill above settings and attach it in the overall shortcut this way:What is missing? The notion database in which you will have all of the data, create the one and copy database ID to add in settings of shortcut.Example Notion DB:Open ChatGPT macro:

Don’t worry if you have problems wit those integrations, am about to do the tutorial on YouTube from scratch. Those links are only for I persons who has done frat integrations.

🏃Productivity tips:

Lastly, I was focused also on developing the habit of regular running and calisthenics. It appeared to be easier with a concept of slow start and target tracking. I found extremely great solution, by listing physical targets for next months in simple apple note, however it can be done also on other simple note apps.Example:List is longer, it is just a piece, but gives a lot of fun. Especially when few times a week you can accomplish new target, or see how far you are.Moreover, am also about to do the same for micro business goal.
